On occasion BnG Martin offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to the BnG Martin e-mail list.
We ship to most countries worldwide via UPS for all domestic and international packages.
Shipping Domestic
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
$8.95 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA
International Shipping -- COMING SOON! We do not offer International Shipping at the moment. International customers can still purchase B&G products online through our partners wayfair.com, houzz.com and on Amazon. For any questions, kindly e-mail us and we will be happy to assist you.
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, transfers from UPS to the local carrier, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Exchange
In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and would like to receive a different product, you are most welcome to send back your purchase for a full refund. We will refund your product(s) for its full value to the account originally used when making your purchase. To ensure that you receive the desired product as fast as possible, we kindly ask you to make a new purchase at your own convenience. Kindly observe, we do not offer any direct service of exchange.
Please note you must send back the item(s) you wish to have refunded within 30 days of receiving it. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when it was received. Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned to a local retail store. Kindly note that you are responsible for paying for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. B&G Martin does not take responsibility for any items lost during return shipping.
If you have paid or received customs fees for the item(s) you wish to return, please contact your local UPS office for information on how to receive a credit or refund, respectively.
The offer of any product(s) purchased during a campaign period will still be honored should you wish to receive another item instead. Please contact us for further information, we’re happy to assist you.
Returns
You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from www.bngmartin.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
Products purchased directly from our www.bngmartin.com must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned to a local retail store.
Kindly note that you are responsible for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.
